Valley City State University Track & Field begins the indoor season this Saturday, December 7. They will be competing in the Mike Thorson Open hosted by the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D.
 
The event begins with the National Anthem at 10:45 a.m. followed by Field events at 11:00 a.m. Lastly, running events beginning at 12:00 p.m. The University of Mary will provide live results at the link below.

This is one of two meets that the Vikings will compete at before the semester break. On Dec. 13, VCSU's top athletes travel to Fargo for the Bison Alumni Classic.
 
After break the Vikings are set to compete at four indoor meets prior to the NSAA Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 16 hosted in Bookings, S.D. The NAIA Indoor National Championships are Feb. 27 to March 1 hosted in Gainsville, Fla.
