The Vikings carded a 719 (363-356) to down the Blue Hawks by 24 strokes.
Sydney Carlson led the Vikings with a career-low 86 in the opening round and then lowered her best with an 82 in the second round. She fired a two-day 168, just three strokes off Elly LeBlanc's 165 (76-89), to secure a runner-up finish.
Hayley Shanks finished in third place with a 172, improving her score by 10 strokes in the second round (91-81).
Kathleen Vetter carded a 183 (91-92) to finish in fourth place.
Also competing for the Vikings,
Sydney Staus fired a 196 (95-101) to tie for seventh place, while
Winter Oldrock finished with a 201 (96-105) and a 10th place finish.
Nevaeh Davis finished in 11th place with a 203 (98-105).
The Valley City State men finished in third place of three teams competing after carding a 699 at the tournament (339-360).
Grant Inniger carded a season-low one-under-par 71 in the opening round and held a share of the lead after day one. He finished with an 81 to total a two-day 152 and finish in fourth place.
Derek Bear carded a 177 (89-88) and finished 12th while Wyatt Mesich carded a 178 (86-92) to finish 13th at the tournament.
Henrik Jacobsen rounded out the men's scoring with a 192 (93-99) and a 14th place finish.
Dickinson State's Konner Flint earned individual medalist honors after firing a two-under-par 142 (71-71). The Blue Hawks also won the team title with a 590 (295-295).
