Frida Barrera competes at the NAIA National Cross Country Meet Friday at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla.
Barrera is a freshman from Clara City, Minn. competing in her first season with the Vikings. Barrera took third place at the Frontier Conference Championships on November 7
th in Billings, Mont. She ran the 6K course in 22:28.90, qualifying for nationals while finishing just 1.1seconds of school record pace. Barrera earned Frontier All-Conference honors.
The final field for the 46th annual NAIA Women's Cross Country National Championship is composed of 93 teams and 391 individuals. The field will prepare to race on Friday, November 21
st , at 7:30 a.m. CT at the Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida.
