Jenna comes to VCSU as primarily a javelin thrower. She was a two time state qualifier, placed fourth her senior year, won first place in the region, and was voted field athlete MVP. Jenna also competed in softball during high school. She was a five year starter, 2x hardest worker, and MVP her senior year. Jenna was an Honor Student during high school with a 4.0 GPA. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and received a Senior Academic Achievement Award.

Coach Frenette Comment: Jenna was recruited to VCSU as a Javelin thrower but she decided that she would give cross country a try this fall. Jenna ran throughout high school to stay in shape for other sports but decided to focus on softball and the javelin in track & field .
