2024 Outdoor: Senior season... Competed at 4 meets; Earned All-Conference in the 400 hurdles; Placed 2nd in the 400 hurdles, 6th in the 110 hurdles and 5th in the 4x400 relay at the NSAA Championships; Top marks: 110 hurdles - 16.20; 400 hurdles - 57.48

2024 Indoor: Senior season... Competed at 6 meets; Placed 8th in the 60 hurdles, 10th in the 400 and 5th in the 4x400 relay at the NSAA Championships; Top marks: 60 hurdles - 8.92; 200 - 24.27; 300 - 38.05; 400 - 53.12

2023 Outdoor: Junior season... Competed at 8 meets; Placed 4th in the 400 hurdles and 5th in the 4x400 relay at the NSAA Championships; Placed 1st in both the 110 hurdles and 400 hurdles at the Viking Twilight Meet on April 26; Top marks: 200 - 23.63; 110 hurdles - 15.65; 400 hurdles - 55.73

2023 Indoor: Junior season... Competed in 7 meets; Placed 7th in the 400 meters, 9th in the 60 hurdles and 5th in the 4x400 relay at the NSAA Championships; Ran the 2nd fastest 60 hurdle time in school history (8.69); Top marks: 60 hurdles - 8.69; 200 - 23.98; 300 - 37.15; 400 - 51.79

2022 Outdoor: Sophomore season... Conference champion and national qualifier in the 400 meter hurdles; Placed 1st in the 400 hurdles, 4th in the 110 hurdles, and 5th in both the 4x100 and 4x400 at the NSAA Championships; Qualified for the national meet in the 400 hurdles but was forced to withdraw after suffering an injury; Set a new school record in the 400 hurdles with a time of 54.56 seconds on April 28; Won both the 110 and 400 hurdles at the Blue Hawk Games on April 28; Named NSAA Track Athlete of the Week on May 3; Top times: 110H - 15.56; 400H - 54.56; 

2022 Indoor: Sophomore season... Placed 2nd in the 60 meter hurdles, 8th in the 400 meters, and 5th in the 4x400 at the NSAA Championships; Named All-Conference in the 60 meter hurdles; Won the 60 hurdles at the Marauders Open on Dec. 11; Set a school record in the 55 hurdles (8.37); Top times: 55H - 8.37; 60H - 8.74; 200 - 23.92; 400 - 52.22

2021 Outdoor: Freshman season... Placed 2nd in the 400 hurdles, 4th in the 110 hurdles, 3rd in the 4x400 relay and 5th in the 4x100 relay at the NSAA Championships; Named All-Conference in the 400 meter hurdles; Ran the second-fastest 400 hurdle time in school history; Top marks: 110H - 15.79, 400H - 55.32

2021 Indoor: Freshman season... Placed 6th in the 60 meter hurdles and 3rd in the 4x400 relay at the NSAA Championships; Set a school record of 8.41 seconds in the 55 meter hurdles; Top marks: 55H - 8.41, 60H - 8.90, 200 - 24.63, 300 - 39.96
