VALLEY CITY, N.D. – It is spring yet? Of course it is. Spring in North Dakota means unpredictable weather and the chance to have all four seasons in one week. That said, here are some changes to the schedules this week for Valley City State University track and field, baseball, and softball.

We will start with baseball. The Frontier Conference game against Mayville State that was scheduled for Tuesday, April 14^th will now be played on Wednesday, April 15^th at 2:00p.m. at Charlie Brown Memorial Field. Changes to this weekend's series at Mayville will be as follows. VCSU will play Mayville State on Thursday, April 16^th at 10:00 a.m. at Charlie Brown Field in Valley City. Game two will follow at 1:00 p.m. The final two games of that series are still scheduled to be played in Mayville on Sunday, April 19^th.

The Softball team was to play Mayville State in Dickinson on Wednesday. Those games will now be played in Valley City at the VCSU Softball complex at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. This weekend, the Vikings were scheduled to head to Montana for a four-game series with Carroll College on Friday and Saturday. Due to poor weather conditions in Montana, those games are now scheduled to be played on Saturday and Sunday in Helena, Montana. Saturday's doubleheader will begin at 1:00 p.m. Central Time with game two at 3:00 p.m. Sunday's games will start at 12:00 p.m. Central Time.

Valley City State Track and Field are schedule to head to Dickinson for the Frontier Conference Multi Events Championships on Saturday and Sunday. That meet will now be held on Sunday and Monday.
