VALLEY CITY, N.D. – The Valley City State University volleyball team will host (RV) Carroll College and Rocky Mountain College this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 24 and 25.
The Vikings enter Friday's contest against (RV) Carroll College with a 9-12 overall record and are 7-9 in Frontier Conference games. VCSU currently sits tied for eighth of 12 in a stacked Frontier Conference, which has six teams receiving votes in the NAIA National Poll.
VCSU is set to take on (RV) Carroll College on Friday, Oct. 24, at 7:00 p.m. in Graichen Gym. (RV) Carroll College comes to town with a 14-10 overall record and a 9-7 conference record, sitting sixth in the conference standings. Following Friday's matchup, the Vikings will face off against Rocky Mountain College on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 6:00 p.m. Rocky Mountain College holds a 1-20 overall record and are 0-16 in conference games. This season, the Vikings are led by

Danielle Hagler up front, totaling 217 and 199 kills, respectively. Hagler and 
Morgan Freije are paving the way with 70 and 67 total blocks. 
JayCee Richter leads the team with 444 digs on the season, which ranks 15th in the nation. VCSU boasts a tandem of passers in 
Madden Bogenreif and 
Gracie Schumacher, both with 379 assists.
