The Viking volleyball team played its third straight conference match on the road Tuesday night, losing in three games at Mayville State University, 25-11, 25-15, 25-17.

VCSU struggled on the attack Tuesday, tallying 19 kills while committing 24 hitting errors.

The Vikings drop to 8-12 overall and are now 1-2 in conference play. VCSU will host Mayville State for a rematch on Oct. 21.

Viking volleyball returns to the court again Saturday with two home matches when they host Waldorf College and Bismarck State for a triangular at Graichen Gymnasium. VCSU plays Waldorf at noon and Bismarck State at 4 p.m.
