Alyssa DePoorter has emerged as one of the top offensive threats in the NSAA. The Casper, Wyoming, native is currently tied for the conference lead in both home runs (9) and RBI’s (48). DePoorter also leads the Viking offense in slugging percentage (.707), on-base percentage (.494), and is tied for doubles (15). She catches half of Viking softball games and plays first base when she’s not behind the mound.
