Daevonte Munson has been explosive for Viking men's basketball in the final stretch of the regular season, being named the NSAA Player of the Week two out of the last three weeks. In the final regular season home games, Munson scored 21 points in a victory over Bellevue and followed with 20 points as the Viking men defeated Dakota State. Over the weekend, Munson was 15-of-27 from the field (71.4 percent), 3-of-6 from the 3-point arc, and hit 8-of-12 free-throws along with 14 rebounds, four assists, and two steals.
